The eXtremeRate RISE Remap Kit for PS5 is an evolutionary upgrade that adds advanced gaming functionality to your existing controller. This remap kit includes a remap board, an FPC cable for BDM-030 and BDM-040 controllers, and an upgraded back shell with 2 additional ergonomic buttons.
The metal back paddles are made of high-quality material, offering increased durability and practicality. The K1 and K2 buttons require more pressure to activate, helping to prevent unintended clicks for some gamers. This remap solution provides a competitive edge in online gaming and tournaments, while remaining totally legal.
The on-the-fly button remapping feature allows you to easily turn your existing PS5 controller into a professional eSport gamepad with 2 programmable remap buttons. You can assign a maximum of 15 buttons (X, O, Triangle, Square, Up, Down, Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, L3, R3, and Touchpad) to the back buttons, accessed by your middle fingers.
To enter the button programming mode, simply press and hold the Set button on the back for 3 seconds. This RISE Remap Kit is compatible only with PS5 controllers BDM-030 and BDM-040, not with BDM-010, BDM-020, or other third-party controllers.
Please note that this is a remap kit only, and the PS5 controller is not included. Installation can be challenging, so it is highly recommended to watch the installation video guide by searching "eXtremeRate RMB Metal Paddle RISE for PS5 BDM-030" or "ifSt9uYggII" on YouTube.
Soldering is optional if you don't need to remap the L3, R3, and Touchpad buttons. Since the kit contains many small electronic components, patience and care are required during installation to avoid damage or improper installation, which may cause the remap kit to malfunction.
